Conversation Intake Form

This short intake is designed to help you slow down, clarify what’s really happening, and identify the outcome you want...before we work on what to say.

You’ll be guided through a few focused questions about the situation, the people involved, communication styles at play, and the stakes of the conversation.

Your responses allow me to give you a clear, strategic, and practical recommendation so you’re not guessing, rambling, or replaying the conversation in your head.

Most members complete this in 8–12 minutes.

Clarity first. Words second.
