Step 1: Submit Your Conversation

You’ll complete a short, guided intake that helps you clarify what’s happening, who’s involved, and the outcome you want. Most members finish in 5-7 minutes.

Step 2: I Review + Strategize

I assess the real issue, the communication styles at play, and the friction point that’s keeping things stuck.

Step 3: Receive Your Strategic Response

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a personalized response—most often via a private Loom video—so you know:

→ What’s really going on beneath the surface.

→ How to frame the conversation.

→ What to say...and what not to say.

→ How to move forward with confidence.

Step 4: Ongoing Coaching Support

Each month includes up to three coaching touchpoints, delivered through personalized Loom video feedback and/or focused email or text clarification—no calls required.

For most situations, the intake form paired with a Loom video response is the fastest and most effective way to get clarity. Live calls are not part of this container.

How to Get the Most Out of The Conversation Hotline

To ensure a thoughtful, high-quality experience for every member, the following guidelines apply:

  • Each month includes up to three coaching touchpoints. You may use those touchpoints in the way that best supports you.

    Some members use all three touchpoints to work through one complex conversation. Others use them across multiple smaller situations that need quick clarity or feedback. Both approaches are completely fine.

    Touchpoints are your monthly currency. You decide how to use them.

  • A coaching touchpoint is defined as:

    • One personalized Loom video response

    • One focused email response

    • One brief text-based clarification exchange

  • Touchpoints are designed to be intentional and outcome-focused, not ongoing conversations.

  • Most guidance is delivered asynchronously. Live calls are not included.

  • Additional support beyond the monthly touchpoints may be deferred to the next billing cycle or offered as a paid add-on.

These boundaries allow for clarity, depth, and consistency—without calendar overload.
