Annual Investment & Reservation Policy

Nearly everything once you arrive in Napa. Your retreat investment includes all programming and mastermind sessions, retreat materials, meals from Thursday evening through Sunday breakfast, curated winery experiences, special dinners, transportation for scheduled retreat activities, and premium retreat gifts. Airfare, your hotel room, transportation to and from the airport, and personal purchases are not included.

We will stay at Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley. A room block will be available, with a two-queen room expected to be approximately $750 per night. Attendees are welcome to share a room. Once the retreat group is finalized, women who are interested in a roommate may coordinate those arrangements.

Thursday begins with arrivals and our PJ & Prosecco welcome evening with heavy hors d'oeurves provided. Friday is our primary working day, with facilitated sessions, reflection, masterminding, meals, and intentional connection. Saturday begins with focused morning programming and action planning, followed by an elevated Napa winery experience and our signature evening celebration. Sunday closes with breakfast, reflection, and departures.

Yes. You will complete the Leadership Revenue Index assessment before the retreat so we can use your results as a starting point for our work together. You will also come prepared to reflect on what worked in 2026, what did not, what you learned, the big goal you want to pursue in 2027, and your initial thoughts about how you will get there. You do not need a perfect plan...we will refine, challenge, and strengthen it together.

The Reserve is intentionally designed to extend well beyond the meeting room. Our Napa experience will include a highly curated Mayacaymus Vineyards outing and an extraordinary chef-curated dinner at HALL Rutherford's Chandelier Cave. Our Saturday dinner theme is “Come as Your Higher Self," an evening created to celebrate who you are becoming and the year you are building. These are premium, private experiences and are included in your retreat investment.

Your meals are covered throughout the retreat: Thursday evening; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Friday; breakfast, lunch, and dinner Saturday; and Sunday breakfast. The intention is simple: once you arrive, you can focus on the experience rather than coordinating meals and plans.

Absolutely. Each attendee will receive a thoughtfully curated collection of premium gifts and custom retreat materials designed to support the experience and serve as lasting reminders of your time in Napa. Surprise and delight are part of The Reserve, so we are keeping some of the details under wraps.

A detailed packing and attire guide will be shared before the retreat. Expect a mix of elevated casual, comfortable working-session attire, Napa-ready layers, and a few special moments, including PJ & Prosecco and our “Come as Your Higher Self” dinner (formal or black cocktail dress).

This is not a conference and it is not simply a weekend in Napa. It is a small, intentionally designed experience built around reflection, strategy, accountability, and meaningful relationships. The goal is for you to leave with greater clarity, a stronger 2027 plan, and a circle of women who understand what you are building and can help you move it forward.

No, and that’s intentional. The most valuable voices at The Reserve will be the women sitting around the table. This retreat isn’t designed for you to spend hours listening to someone else tell you what you should do next. It’s designed to create the space, structure, and prompted conversations for you to figure out what your next looks like. 

Through your pre-retreat assessment, guided reflection, strategic exercises, and the collective wisdom in the room, we’ll dig into where you are, where you want to go in 2027, and what may need to change to get you there. The transformation isn’t coming from a stage. It’s coming from the conversations, the clarity, and the women in the room.
