From a business standpoint, most members:

• Operate in a meaningful leadership role.

Inner Circle members typically:

• Hold senior-level leadership roles.
• Have 5+ years of experience in business or leadership.
• Are ready to engage at a deeper, more strategic level.

We also thoughtfully curate the room....

• Membership is capped at 50 women total.
• Inner Circle is limited to 20.
• No more than 5 women per industry or specialty.

This ensures every connection is meaningful and every conversation adds value.

  Membership dues are billed automatically through a secure payment method on file, or may be paid annually in advance, whichever is most convenient for you. We ask that all members keep billing information current to ensure a seamless experience.

  Because this is a curated and limited community, maintaining an active and up-to-date membership is important. If payments fall behind, membership status may be impacted.

  Please note: luncheon and event costs are separate from membership dues.

We understand that schedules get busy. If attendance starts to drop off, we’ll simply check in—not as a penalty, but because...
